Station du Gare, observation report

I wanted to see the Crescent Moon so I took the telescope down to La Station du Gare at Lac du Nation and set up there. The Moon was 4 days past New Moon making for a beautiful Waxing Crescent Moon.

A few passersby stopped to look and ask questions including an ambulance driver. I did a tour of the visible planets at that time which included Venus, Jupiter and Saturn. All in all it was a very nice night, the Crescent Moon, Venus and Jupiter where in like a triple conjunctiona making a triangle between the three of them.
